Free — $0/month, pay only per report. Pro — $5/driver/month (or $50/driver/year). Pro+ — $5/driver + $2/vehicle per month (or $50/driver + $20/vehicle per year), billed separately. No setup fees. Cancel anytime.
Your subscription starts automatically and you’ll be billed based on your plan and billing cycle. If it’s not for you, just cancel before the trial ends — you won’t be charged. We send you a reminder before the trial expires.
You only pay for active drivers — the ones you’ve moved from “applicant” to “active” status. Drivers you’re still screening on the Free plan don’t count toward your paid seats. If a driver leaves and you deactivate them, they stop counting on your next billing cycle.
Yes, anytime. Upgrade from Free to Pro, or Pro to Pro+, and it takes effect immediately. Switch from monthly to annual for the discounted rate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) shows a driver’s license status, violations, and accidents — required by DOT before you hire. PSP shows federal inspection and crash history from FMCSA. Both available on all plans, including Free. You pay per report from your wallet.
