The 2-Minute Setup That Eliminates
Every Missed Expiration.
Expired documents trigger DOT fines, audit failures, and out-of-service orders. Toggle on 5 automations — expiration alerts, upload links, MVR auto-orders, compliance reports — and walk away.
You’re Losing 6+ Hours Every Week
on Work a Machine Should Do
Every hour you spend checking spreadsheets, chasing drivers for expired med cards, and manually ordering MVRs is money you're lighting on fire.
| Task | Manual | With Smart Compliance |
|---|---|---|
| Checking driver expiration dates | 2+ hours/week | Automated |
| Chasing drivers for expired documents | 3+ hours/week | Automated |
| Ordering and tracking MVRs | 30+ min/week | Automated |
| Building compliance reports | 1+ hour/week | Automated |
| Your time back | 7+ hours/week | Set up once. Runs 24/7. |
For most fleets, that’s $5,000–$10,000/year in labor spent on work a computer does better.
5 Automations That Replace Your Spreadsheet,
Your Calendar, and Your Follow-Up Emails
Each one runs 24/7 in the background. Toggle on. Walk away. Never manually track compliance again.
Expiration Alerts
Never miss a deadline again
Get notified before documents expire, not after. Alerts sent at 30, 14, 7, and 3 days before expiry.
Auto Upload Links
Stop chasing drivers for documents
When a document is approaching expiration, drivers automatically receive a secure upload link via email.
Application Reminders
Complete onboarding faster
When a driver starts an application but doesn't finish, automatic reminders bring them back to complete it.
Annual MVR Auto-Order
DOT requires annual checks
The system tracks each driver's hire anniversary and orders MVR automatically 30 days before it's due.
Compliance Reports
Know your status without logging in
Weekly or monthly reports delivered straight to your inbox. See your fleet's compliance score, upcoming expirations, and action items at a glance.

Still have questions? We've got answers.
Go to Settings → Driver Automations. You’ll see all 5 automations with toggle switches. Turn on the ones you want, choose who receives notifications (you, your drivers, or both), and you’re live. The entire setup takes under 2 minutes. Most customers turn on all 5 and never touch the settings again.
No. We built smart throttling specifically to prevent this. Each form gets a maximum of 3 reminders, spaced at least 2 days apart. No driver receives more than 3 notifications in a single day. SMS is reserved only for critical situations — expired documents with no response after 3 days. Your drivers won’t complain. They’ll comply.
Every driver in your account — existing and new. The moment you toggle on expiration alerts, the system starts tracking every document for every driver already in the system. Same with MVR auto-orders: it picks up each driver’s hire anniversary and schedules accordingly. You don’t need to configure anything per driver.
The same price you’d pay ordering it manually — no markup, no automation surcharge. The cost is deducted from your wallet balance the moment the MVR is ordered. Just keep your wallet funded and the system handles the rest. The only difference between auto-order and manual? You don’t have to remember 50 different hire anniversaries.
The system is smart enough to stop. The moment a driver uploads a new document, all pending reminders and alerts for that document category are automatically cancelled. No duplicate notifications, no “why am I still getting alerts” calls from drivers. Upload happens, alerts stop, file updates. Clean and automatic.
Every Week You Wait Is Another Week of
Missed Deadlines and Wasted Hours.
5 automations. 2-minute setup. 5-10 hours back every single week. No more chasing drivers. No more forgotten MVRs. No more explaining expired documents to a DOT auditor.
