Go to Settings, then Driver Automations. You will see all five automations, each with its own switch. Turn on the ones you want, choose who receives the notifications (you, your drivers or both) and you are live. The whole setup takes under two minutes.
No. Reminders are throttled on purpose: at most 3 reminders per form, at least 2 days apart, and no more than 3 notifications to one driver in a single day. Text messages are kept for critical cases only, such as an expired document with no response after 3 days. Email is the main channel.
Every driver in your account, existing and new. The moment you turn on expiration alerts, every document for every driver already in the system is tracked. MVR auto-order does the same with each driver’s hire anniversary. There is nothing to configure per driver.
