Anyone who signs in somewhere twice to do the same job. Yes. Each company has its own separate subscription based on the number of drivers in that company. Billing, payment method, and invoices stay independent per company. You still log in and access every company from one account, but the billing for each entity is fully separated, which keeps your books clean and simplifies accounting across companies.

Each driver belongs to one company at a time. If a driver moves between your companies, you can re-onboard them with pre-filled basic info. FMCSA requires a fresh application, new documents, and new e-signatures for each company, so we can’t skip that step. But we make the transfer fast, typically under 10 minutes per driver.
